Co injection molding( or sandwich molding) -Injecting one material inside of another creates a skin (outside) and core (inside). A special co injection nozzle controls the ratio between the first and second components using differential pressure. The toothbrush is made up of three color ,the transparent handle is filled with green inside and covered with gray outside. We use co injection molding and rotating shaft injection molding to achieve the effect .

1.The skin plastic( transparent part) injected into the mold first
2.The core plastic(green part) then injected
3.The skin plastic is injected again,to purge the core material form the sprue
-Sencond step: rotary shaft injection molding
After finishing co injection molding,the mold core insert rotate 180 degree by shaft, then inject the last plastic(gray part).
