2.Two color rotating shaft mold

Two color rotating shaft mold can be understood as a mold with two core inserts and two cavity inserts, there is a central shaft connecting the two core inserts, when the first injection is finished, the core inserts rotates 180 degrees by the central shaft, and then the second material is injected.This two color rotating shaft molding is suitable for multi-cavity two color products and shape of the product is usually long,such as two color toothbrush molds, two color toilet brush handle molds and some two color screwdriver handle molds.

3.Two color mold with angle injection  

Two color mold with angle injection does not need any rotation, the mold structure is similar to single color mold structure, but there is one more injection gate on the side or top of the mold.this two color mold is more suitable for some multi-cavity two color flip top cap molds.
